Leadership for Organizational and Personal Success

Jacqueline G. Goodwin, Eddy.

President, Capital Communications, Inc.

Any organization that’s serious about success needs to be just as serious about leadership and team work. That's because strong leadership and team work provide the necessary framework for success, and poor leadership and weak team work undermine all other success efforts from the inside out.

Leadership skills are absolutely needed for successful business, government and civic management. Even though they come naturally to only a few people, they can be learned and applied successfully by nearly anyone with the right desire. This seminar shows the fundamental methods that successful leaders use in business, government and civic endeavors. It applies to every business person in any leadership role, including supervisors to team leaders, managers and executives.

Dates: April 7, 14, 21

TIME: 4 p.m.

COST: $299; Early Bird: $275
